REBOOT & RESET RETREAT

REBOOT & RESET RETREAT

At the Reboot & Reset Retreat, you will explore your personal energy field as well as the chakra system, with the guidance and support of Tiffany Mazurek, LMSW, LMT.

Join us, and take a day just for you!

Through her work with Energy Hygiene—a set of knowledge and tools to assist you in exploring your personal energy field—Tiffany will help you learn to distinguish and recognize your own energy field. This helps to decrease anxiety, depression and overwhelm.

This powerful one day retreat is designed to realign your body and mind in order to:

⁃ Improve your physical and mental health;

⁃ Allow you to feel more present and integrated; creating a deeper feeling of embodiment; and

⁃ Strengthen your relationship with yourself and others.

This is an interactive and experiential workshop that will include some guided meditation, journaling/art, body movement and connection with like-minded individuals.

For those  with little or no experience with energy hygiene, to those more advanced wanting a deeper connection with their own inner knowing, this retreat is designed for all.

Please direct questions to Tiffany at tiffany2725@gmail.com.

Tiffany Mazurek, LMSW, LMT has been in private practice as a holistic psychotherapist for over 20 years. A licensed social worker and massage therapist, she has skillfully combined the world of psychotherapy with integrative treatment modalities by incorporating such techniques as traditional talk therapy, craniosacral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mind-body connection, energy hygiene, hands on body work and guided meditation. Griefshop

In this workshop, local author and workshop facilitator, Anna Oginsky will provide a healing opportunity for guests to explore grief through journaling prompts and candid conversation.

From dreams to things to loved ones, we all experience loss. This session is intended to give you tools that can be helpful in processing the grief you experience over that loss.

Griefshop was inspired by Anna’s own experience with grief after the sudden loss of her father in 2010 and the blog, then book that followed. With an awareness that unprocessed grief is stored in the body, it is important to Anna to help people learn to process and release grief.

She has facilitated this well-received program across the country. Guests will receive a copy of Anna’s award-winning book, My New Friend Grief to keep or pass on to someone else.
