In this session you will give yourself the gift of time and space to take a break from your obligations, demands, and devices.
We will provide tools, space, and support for a variety meditative activities like Zentangle, breath work, or Yoga Nidra. You are also welcome to bring a book to read, your journal, a project, or craft to work on. You may even decide to use this time to take a nap, to wander around our beautiful grounds, or nap on the grounds—whatever it is you need to recharge.
In addition to providing benefits to your health and sense of well-being, making time to Click Pause can reduce stress, give you the opportunity to reconnect with yourself, and allow you to return to your daily life with a fresh perspective.
